My friend lent it to me because I had mentioned that my hip hurt when I walked. Just a great book. More on that when I complete the 28 day program, so stay tuned! I am really proud of myself for completing the 28 days practice diligently and I owe this book the full credit. The exercises in the next section look more intimidating! Good book for starting yoga.

I think that the book was good and it was exactly what I needed to let my wrist heal. Patience is a worthwhile thing to practice!

Highly recommend–just look past the “housewife” term or get some 70s pop culture from some of the terms and the pictures: One was done in a co production with KTEH, San Jose, starring Richard Hittleman as the instructor and master, with a male model demonstrating intermediate posture and a female model demonstrating beginning postures.

This helped me kick-start a new era of exercise for me. I find myself going back to it over and over again!! There is a plan for the rest of your life to follow. I think I start this new year.

I still can’t manage the leg over! This book is awesome for anyone who is looking to start yoga for the first time or to get back into practice. Once my wrist healed up however, I was ready to jump back into my normal practice so I ended up just reading through the last 9 days of the book. I have returned to it time and time again for a refresher course.
